About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • This is a hands-on role. You will design, build and continuously improve the operational spine that enables Sound Brazil to scale: order-to-cash, credit, customer service, supply chain and financial operations — integrated into a single efficient operating model.
  • Your mission: ensure that, as we grow, operations are never the reason we slow down.
  • You will not have a team reporting to you. You will personally build processes, coordinate external partners and resolve the operational challenges that support our growth.
  • You will work closely with the Sales team and the Marketing Manager, and directly with the GM. In finance and credit you will partner directly with our CFO and her team in the U.S.
  • At Sound we build our own internal applications with AI, and we already do this today: commercial tools, operational workflows and dashboards.
  • In this position you will work the same way. Instead of writing specifications and waiting for a system, you will use AI to build, test and improve the tools that run our operation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Approximately 7+ years in business operations, finance, commercial operations, supply chain or similar roles.
  • Experience in the Brazilian agribusiness sector is required, including familiarity with harvest-season payment terms and channel dynamics.
  • Deep, hands-on experience in at least two of the following three areas: commercial operations (order-to-cash and customer service), credit and receivables, supply chain and logistics. Genuine willingness to build the third area with support from our CFO and global teams.
  • Practical experience building AI-powered solutions (internal tools, automations, workflows or apps). During the process, we will ask you to demonstrate something you have built.
  • Strong analytical profile, advanced Excel skills and comfort with ERP, CRM and digital tools.
  • Advanced English.
