About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee a number of development projects and the ongoing maintenance of all live titles
Own the full project lifecycle from sourcing and greenlighting through to release and handover
Ensure live titles remain healthy and up-to-date
Create agile, per-project team structures with clear responsibilities and decision-making
Identify skill and resource gaps, create and maintain job descriptions, and lead the full recruitment process for new hires
Own the complete project lifecycle from inception to release, maintaining an always up-to-date schedule
Ensure projects close correctly with a full retrospective and smooth handover to the live-ops team
Collaborate with internal and external publishing teams on marketing, PR, and launch strategies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 10+ years of experience in senior production roles
Proven track record of shipping multiple high-end titles (ideally including VR/XR)
Experience managing teams and overseeing complex resourcing across a studio or large department
A proven ability to grow and upskill other leaders
Deep experience managing multi-million pound budgets
Exceptional organisational and motivational skills.
Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure of multiple competing deadlines.
