• Oversee a number of development projects and the ongoing maintenance of all live titles
• Own the full project lifecycle from sourcing and greenlighting through to release and handover
• Ensure live titles remain healthy and up-to-date
• Create agile, per-project team structures with clear responsibilities and decision-making
• Identify skill and resource gaps, create and maintain job descriptions, and lead the full recruitment process for new hires
• Own the complete project lifecycle from inception to release, maintaining an always up-to-date schedule
• Ensure projects close correctly with a full retrospective and smooth handover to the live-ops team
• Collaborate with internal and external publishing teams on marketing, PR, and launch strategies.
