About the role
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities by penetrating new accounts through high activity calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to senior decision-makers in enterprises, focusing on finding qualified projects and setting appointments for our sales team.
- Follow up on inbound leads (Trials & Webinars) and convert them into qualified sales opportunities for our sales team.
- Reconnect and build relationships with older cold leads & stalled projects to help continuously build the pipeline.
- Prospect potential clients through networking and finding the best way to connect with decision-makers.
- Revive dormant opportunities in the database, bringing valuable business to the company.
- Proactively engage website visitors via live chat during working hours, initiate meaningful conversations, qualify potential prospects, capture key requirements, and convert interactions into sales opportunities for the sales team.
- Manage all prospective clients and opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring all communications are accurately logged and necessary documents are attached.
- Articulate the SOTI ONE Platform Solution, values, and capabilities to prospects through phone and email communication.
- Meet or exceed quarterly targets.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish (professional/native proficiency) and strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation and technical sales, with a focus on new business acquisition.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with managers, executives, and peers.
- Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of mobile device platforms (preferred).
- Polished customer service skills and attention to detail.
