• Lead, motivate, and develop the onsite team (housekeeping, maintenance, resident services)
• Recruit, onboard, train, and conduct performance reviews for team members
• Oversee staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage while optimizing labor costs
• Serve as the escalated point of contact for residents and guests; resolve complex service issues
• Oversee move-in/move-out processes and ensure units meet brand standards
• Build strong relationships with residents and foster community engagement
• Maintain an active, visible presence to monitor operations, safety, and cleanliness
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate vendor/contractor work
• Manage inventory of amenities, supplies, and operational equipment
• Oversee property budgets, expense tracking, and financial performance
• Approve and manage vendor invoices, contracts, and operational expenses
• Monitor occupancy, leasing performance, and collaborate with leasing teams to maximize revenue
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local laws
