About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Acquire new business opportunities in the mid-market segment.
  • Independently manage the full sales cycle — from initial outreach to contract closing — with the goal of winning new customers and meeting your sales targets.
  • Work closely with SDRs to identify and qualify leads and ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Drive, negotiate, and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities in close collaboration with Customer Success Managers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers at prospective customers to clearly communicate the value of SoSafe’s cybersecurity solutions.
  • Deliver online demos, on-site meetings, and events to present our innovative product and strengthen customer relationships.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–4 years of experience in a closing role in SaaS sales, ideally focused on SMB or mid-market customers.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership — you take initiative, keep targets in focus, and bring deals to close with discipline and consistency.
  • Excellent team player with experience working across cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Adaptable and able to manage priorities flexibly in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning and personal development.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), prospecting software, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Fluent German and English language skills are required.
