About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a specialized unit dedicated to building, configuring, and managing AI automations and intelligent agents.
- Translate the GTM AI Strategy Blueprint into technical roadmaps for automation and agent deployment.
- Ensure all AI implementations are scalable, secure, and integrated deeply into our CRM and RevOps stack.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and architects, fostering a culture of rapid experimentation and high-quality deployment.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions, from initial proof-of-concept to global GTM deployment.
- Work closely with the SVP GTM Operations to ensure AI initiatives align with broader revenue goals and operational restructuring.
- Collaborate closely with the SoSafe data team and the IT/Security teams to ensure full architectural alignment of our AI stack, efficiencies, data integrity and security.
- Define and track KPIs for the GTM AI team, focusing on efficiency gains, revenue acceleration, and data accuracy.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in management of technical teams, specifically focused on automation, AI/ML, or RevOps technology.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building autonomous agents within a business context.
- Deep understanding of Sales and Marketing workflows and how they integrate with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to turn a strategic blueprint into a functional technical architecture. Consulting background is a strong plus.
