About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a team of 6–8 Account Executives and drive the growth strategy within the public sector
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the team to promote sales excellence
  • Oversee the entire sales process for strategic public sector accounts
  • Support the team in building relationships with key decision-makers
  • Ensure a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasting
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes
  • Actively contribute to shaping sales methodology and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience in the DACH SaaS market, preferably in a scale-up or startup environment
  • Proven track record closing strategic B2B deals and navigating complex sales cycles
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience or demonstrated leadership through targeted internal career progression
  • Strong proficiency in pipeline management, forecasting, and deal coaching
  • Relentless drive in identifying new opportunities
  • Comfortable using Salesforce and modern sales tools
  • Fluent communication skills in German and English (business fluent)
