About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a team of 6–8 Account Executives and drive the growth strategy within the public sector
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the team to promote sales excellence
- Oversee the entire sales process for strategic public sector accounts
- Support the team in building relationships with key decision-makers
- Ensure a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasting
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes
- Actively contribute to shaping sales methodology and best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in the DACH SaaS market, preferably in a scale-up or startup environment
- Proven track record closing strategic B2B deals and navigating complex sales cycles
- At least 1 year of leadership experience or demonstrated leadership through targeted internal career progression
- Strong proficiency in pipeline management, forecasting, and deal coaching
- Relentless drive in identifying new opportunities
- Comfortable using Salesforce and modern sales tools
- Fluent communication skills in German and English (business fluent)
