About the role
- You'll be the execution engine and operational architect behind SoSafe's brand - producing high-quality brand content (video campaigns, product storytelling, event creative)
- Oversee complex video and motion productions: planning, shoot coordination, post-production, localization, and delivery
- Ensure delivery excellence - on time, on budget, meeting technical specifications
- Manage production for ambitious campaigns including our flagship event HuFiCon - collaborating with multiple stakeholders in Marketing
- Lead relationships with a Brand Creative Agency - brief, manage, ensure smooth collaboration
- Forecast, plan, and manage production budgets – negotiate contracts, identify cost efficiencies, and optimize resource allocation across campaigns and markets
- Partner with Senior Brand Manager & Creative managers to implement strategy & creative vision and brand standards across all deliverables
- Build production workflows, intake systems, and prioritization frameworks for the Brand team
- Create production playbooks: templates, shot lists, checklists, asset specs, delivery standards
- Establish operations infrastructure: SLAs, approval workflows, version control, QA processes
- Train regional teams on production standards
- Track and report on production performance metrics – analyze campaign effectiveness, asset performance, and resource efficiency
Requirements
- 5-7+ years in creative production, ideally with agency background
- Proven track record producing premium video content and integrated campaigns for B2B SaaS, tech, or premium brands
- Deep production expertise: managed shoots, directed post-production, briefed editors/motion designers, delivered broadcast-quality work
- Experience managing creative agencies and production vendors - translating vision into briefs and managing execution
- Exceptional project management with complex, multi-workstream programs (campaigns, events, brand refreshes)
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality brand content (video campaigns, Website, product storytelling etc.)
- Multi-market experience
- Proficiency with DAM systems (Bynder, Frontify), project management platforms, video review tools
- Fluent English (C1-C2); German or other European languages a plus
