About the role
- As a Sales Development Representative for DACH, you contact key decision-makers in IT security within the public sector and generate and qualify valuable leads.
- You drive customer acquisition through targeted email outreach and social selling.
- You are responsible for proactive outbound calling and for managing prospective new customers.
- You deploy creative, “out-of-the-box” sales tactics to continuously grow your pipeline.
- You present our SaaS product over the phone, in online meetings, and at customer events.
- You work closely with our Account Executives to successfully win new customers.
Requirements
- Experience in SMB or corporate sales in the DACH market (ideally with public sector experience) and a desire to further develop your expertise.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in engaging with customers in the DACH market.
- A structured and meticulous working style; you maintain oversight even in stressful situations.
- Ambition, drive, and performance orientation — you take initiative and get things done.
- Team player with enthusiasm for working with automation and AI-supported workflows.
- Enthusiasm for growing together with our team.
- Excellent German language skills and good written and spoken English.
- Availability to start with us as soon as possible.
- Option to work in a hybrid work model.
