• Manage and process all incoming invoices within the accounting team.
• Ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers.
• Post supplier invoices promptly and reconcile supplier accounts, including open items.
• Handle travel and expense accounting for all employees in accordance with company and tax regulations.
• Post and reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance and automate accounting processes and tools.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing process under HGB and IFRS standards.
• Collaborate with auditors and external partners as needed.
