About the role
- Work closely with engineers to build, test, and maintain robotic systems used in the cannabis industry.
- Assemble robotic systems and components according to engineering specifications.
- Conduct tests on robotic systems for performance and safety standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or programming issues.
- Maintain detailed records of tests, repair work, and system performance.
- Collaborate with team members to improve and innovate robotics processes.
- Participate in product development and prototyping as needed.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technologies related to robotics.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with robotic systems, automation, or machinery
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with mechanical and electronic systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and blueprints
- Fabrication skills with ideally some machining skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Preferred: Comfortable with cannabis (preferred you enjoy it and have experienced it)

- Work Hours: 8-hour shifts with occasional overtime
