Product Designer

• Design the core Sortie ops platform: realtime, dispatch, scheduling, booking, freight, and maintenance workflows used daily by real operators
• Define how conversational AI and traditional UI coexist in a single product, including when to surface a component, when to stay in text, and how to transition between the two
• Own the design system that supports both information-dense dashboards and conversational interfaces
• Design the customer-facing booking portal, which must be co-brandable with the operator's identity
• Work directly with engineering and operations, you'll ship constantly
• Spend time with actual operators to understand how dispatchers, pilots, and freight handlers think about their work
