Social Media Analyst III
Sorte OnlineSenior Social Media Analyst leading strategy, planning, and governance of social media channels. Ensuring brand consistency and regulatory compliance while driving performance and engagement.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and evolve the Social Media strategy by channel
- Establish tone-of-voice guidelines, content formats, best practices, approval workflows and a compliance checklist for content in regulated sectors
- Plan and manage the editorial calendar (monthly/weekly/daily)
- Conduct creative briefings and provide direction to designers, copywriters and other partners
- Lead real-time activations
- Define the influencer strategy aligned with brand and business objectives
- Map, select and prioritize profiles (macro, micro and creators)
- Conduct briefings, provide creative direction and oversee deliverables
- Monitor the performance of influencer actions
- Define KPIs for each objective
- Consolidate and present executive reports with insights
- Track trends, benchmarks and algorithm changes
- Coordinate work rituals and ensure predictability of deliverables
- Mentor and develop junior team members and interns
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism or a related field
- Proven experience in Social Media (planning, execution, governance and performance), preferably with high-exposure brands and/or in regulated environments
- Strong command of major platforms and their formats (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook) and a critical understanding of digital trends and language
- Experience analyzing metrics and performance (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics/GA4, internal dashboards and/or analytics tools)
- Ability to lead projects, prioritize demands and coordinate stakeholders, supporting decisions with data
- Familiarity with rapid-creation/adjustment tools (Canva, Figma, Photoshop) and/or management and monitoring tools (e.g., mLabs, Sprout, Hootsuite or similar) is a plus
- Desirable: knowledge of the lotteries market, iGaming, online entertainment and fundamentals of compliance/brand safety
