About the role

  • Prospect, contact and acquire new customers within the assigned territory (distributors, specialty stores, retailers and supermarkets).
  • Manage the full sales cycle: product presentations, negotiation, closing sales and after-sales follow-up.
  • Represent Pincho at trade shows, events and relevant business meetings in the sector.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and communicate market insights to management.
  • Achieve sales and development targets defined in collaboration with the company manager.
  • Maintain open communication with Pincho’s internal team (marketing, logistics and administration).

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a sales representative, preferably in one of the following sectors: beach goods, gardening, home products, camping equipment, general merchandise or mass retail.
  • Knowledge of the market and an existing customer portfolio in the assigned geographic area.
  • Ability to work independently, results-oriented and highly organized.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and closing skills.
  • Languages: Spanish and the local language (French for France).
  • Availability to conduct sales visits and travel within the assigned geographic area.
