About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Generate new business opportunities for the entire Sophos product line
  • Qualify inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting
  • Exceed monthly quotas for creating qualified sales opportunities
  • Manage inbound lead funnels and prioritize responses according to SLAs
  • Identify new business opportunities using outbound prospecting techniques, DiscoverOrg, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ABM services
  • Meet daily standards for outbound calls, emails, and other prospecting activities
  • Communicate with prospects and customers by phone, email, LiveChat, SMS, and Outreach.io
  • Research companies for lead generation and qualification
  • Map organizations and cold-call decision makers
  • Ask probing business questions to uncover cybersecurity needs
  • Prepare detailed qualified-lead summaries for Sales Representatives and partners
  • Update Salesforce.com with conversations, competitive information, company size, decision criteria, and other relevant information
  • Attend weekly and monthly Sales team meetings
  • Provide feedback to Marketing and Sales to improve prospecting and demand-generation programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must reside in the Vancouver market
