About the role
- Partner with business teams to identify automation opportunities
- Drive automations that shorten order-to-cash cycles
- Measure, report, and communicate impact and ROI
- Test, deploy, and support automations in production
- Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building enterprise-scale solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and Microsoft Fabric in enterprise environments
- Proven ability to establish enterprise AI governance models
- Strong systems-thinking mindset
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a global, cross-functional environment
- Hands-on experience implementing agentic AI, RAG architectures
- Practical experience integrating AI agents with Salesforce, ERP (SAP preferred), EDI protocols
