About the role

  • Provide presale technical expertise aligned with the sales team
  • Drive meaningful conversations with CISO-level stakeholders
  • Serve as trusted advisors on Sophos next-gen portfolio products
  • Perform health checks and policy reviews
  • Conduct technical virtual and onsite meetings
  • Provide field-based support for events
  • Own and drive the technical sales cycle
  • Provide support for customer success motions
  • Work with customers and partners in South Africa and SADC region
