About the role
- Provide presale technical expertise aligned with the sales team
- Drive meaningful conversations with CISO-level stakeholders
- Serve as trusted advisors on Sophos next-gen portfolio products
- Perform health checks and policy reviews
- Conduct technical virtual and onsite meetings
- Provide field-based support for events
- Own and drive the technical sales cycle
- Provide support for customer success motions
- Work with customers and partners in South Africa and SADC region
Requirements
- Solution selling: Focuses on understanding desired outcomes
