About the role
- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. This position will partner closely with leaders in Advisory Services and the R&D function. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining accurate financial plans, headcount and expense management / analysis, variance explanation, dynamic financial modeling, process improvement, cost optimization, and driving efficiencies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in FP&A and/or Strategic Planning ideally for a SaaS business, experience with headcount management, revenue and expense planning
- Ability to independently drive process and/or projects with a high attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills; able to build and enhance complex financial models within MS Excel
- Experience with financial planning systems and reporting cubes (Adaptive Planning, OfficeConnect, SAP a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to synthesize detailed information into succinct and actionable recommendations in PowerPoint presentations
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across business units to achieve results and create organizational alignment
- Self-motivated, deliverable-focused, strong work ethic, enthusiastic and ambitious attitude, able to prioritize and resolve an array of issues simultaneously
