Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience building end-to-end products across UI, APIs, systems, and deployment
  • First-principles thinking
  • High agency, ownership, and independent execution
  • Clean, scalable, maintainable code and strong engineering fundamentals
  • Experience or strong interest in AI-powered development, including LLMs, agents, automation, and copilots
  • Use of AI tools to accelerate development and decision-making
  • Ability to operate in low-structure, fast-moving environments with minimal PM/design dependency
  • Pragmatic trade-off decision-making balancing speed, quality, and long-term thinking
  • 4+ years of engineering experience across frontend and backend suggested for most developers
  • Interest and knowledge of security is a plus
  • Legal authorization to work in the jurisdiction where the position is posted without employer sponsorship
