About the role

  • Assist with optimizing and automating the internal service desk portal to improve IT support experience.
  • Create and test automation scripts to manage elevated privileges on Apple devices.
  • Support MDM setup (Jamf, Intune) and document workflows.
  • Collaborate with engineers to align with SOC2 and C5 compliance requirements.
  • Monitor and manage the internal helpdesk, respond to IT requests from employees and report key metrics.
  • Support configuration of role-based access control (RBAC), user accounts, and access permissions.
  • Contribute to Information Security & Network Operations to help maintain secure and efficient IT systems.
  • Use project tracking and issue management software (Jira Cloud) to manage and report on IT support activities.
  • Provide IT support for the whole company (CH, FR, US) and work closely with the IT team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field.
  • English full proficiency.
  • Experience with system administration is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Apple environments.
  • Some knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash/Shell, Python) is a plus.
  • Awareness of security and compliance concepts (SOC2, C5).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical issues and maintaining KB.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
