About the role

  • Complete an internship project at SOPHiA GENETICS to help improve internal processes and tools (focus on AI)
  • Report to the Senior Customer Support Manager and help with projects to analyse data, train AI tools and scale the team
  • Data curation for the AI implementation project: ensure data is accurate, searchable, and contains necessary information; review and update internal knowledge; review and tag customer services tickets
  • Create Customer Knowledge base: write FAQs and step-by-step instructions
  • Create “Customer-360” stories for a selected list of customers
  • Perform day-to-day customer services activities and collaborate with the Customer Services team
  • Use ticketing systems and other technical tools such as Jira and Miro

Requirements

  • Degree in a technical or business field (IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business and Administration) or equivalent experience
  • Basic experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Other)
  • Very good command of English (orally and written)
