Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in merchandising, e-commerce, retail, brand partnerships, artist management, or a related commerce-focused role.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with experience collaborating across clients, artists, and cross-functional teams.
Commercially minded with a passion for merchandising, fan engagement, and developing strategies that drive revenue and business growth.
Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with a collaborative mindset and a desire to continuously improve processes and deliver exceptional results.
