About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Learn how to carry out hearing assessments and support customers throughout their hearing care journey.
- Develop practical clinical skills alongside experienced Hearing Aid Audiologists.
- Build your knowledge through structured workshops, online learning and guided study.
- Complete written and practical assessments throughout the programme.
- Maintain a Clinical Competency Logbook to demonstrate your development.
- Receive regular coaching, feedback and milestone reviews to support your progress.
- Gain experience working across our clinics while delivering outstanding customer care.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hold GCSE (or equivalent) in English, Maths, and Science at grade 5 (High C) or above (evidence required).
- Ideally have relevant clinical experience, e.g. within a hearing care support or healthcare role.
- Be able to work 37.5 hours per week, including some weekends.
- Be willing to study independently and travel as required.
