About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and optimise Virtual Care appointments and clinician diaries
  • Respond to changing service demands and support clinician scheduling requirements
  • Manage insurance administration, including claims, quotes, trials, and insurer communications
  • Support invoice processing and insurance payment reconciliation activities
  • Coordinate Virtual Care stock and web shop product inventory
  • Assist with business initiatives, process improvements, and operational projects
  • Help ensure an exceptional experience for clients accessing our Virtual Care services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong organisational and scheduling skills
  • Customer-first mindset and commitment to service excellence
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Confidence working with systems, data, invoices, and client records
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a demand-driven environment
  • Experience in clinic administration, audiology, insurance processes, or Gensolve would be advantageous but is not essential.
