About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and optimise Virtual Care appointments and clinician diaries
- Respond to changing service demands and support clinician scheduling requirements
- Manage insurance administration, including claims, quotes, trials, and insurer communications
- Support invoice processing and insurance payment reconciliation activities
- Coordinate Virtual Care stock and web shop product inventory
- Assist with business initiatives, process improvements, and operational projects
- Help ensure an exceptional experience for clients accessing our Virtual Care services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong organisational and scheduling skills
- Customer-first mindset and commitment to service excellence
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Confidence working with systems, data, invoices, and client records
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a demand-driven environment
- Experience in clinic administration, audiology, insurance processes, or Gensolve would be advantageous but is not essential.
