About the role
- Lead the South-West region, implementing Phonak’s commercial strategy
- Develop the team’s skills and drive sales
- Define Phonak’s commercial and marketing policies
- Grow sales in collaboration with the field sales force
- Maintain proactive communication with distributors
- Set and monitor clear objectives for the team
- Provide commercial coaching to the teams
- Track team performance and produce daily reports
Requirements
- Master’s degree in management, sales, or business (e.g., Business School)
- At least 5 years’ experience managing field sales teams
- Proven sales methodology
- Ability to represent and advocate for strong brands
- Hands-on field sales experience
- Ability to adopt a coaching stance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using CRM systems
- Salesforce proficiency is a plus
