About the role
- Lead the Southwest region, implementing Phonak's commercial strategy
- Grow sales with the field sales team through product promotion
- Maintain proactive communication with key distributors and sales networks
- Monitor team performance and implement commercial initiatives
- Provide daily reporting on regional performance
Requirements
- Master's degree in management, sales, or business (e.g., Business School)
- At least 5 years' experience managing field sales teams
- Strong sales methodology
- Ability to represent and defend strong brands to a demanding clientele
- Field sales experience representing high-value products
- Ability to coach and develop teams
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience using a CRM to manage sales activities
- Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to engage and rally teams
