About the role
- Lead the North-East region by implementing the commercial strategy
- Grow sales together with the sales force
- Maintain proactive communication with key distributors
- Develop the team by setting clear objectives
- Monitor team results and implement commercial initiatives
- Provide daily reporting on the region's performance
Requirements
- Master’s degree in management, sales, or business (e.g., Business School)
- At least 5 years’ experience managing field sales teams
- Ability to represent and defend strong brands with discerning clients
- Field sales experience representing high value-added products
- Adopt a coaching approach when supporting teams
- Organized and rigorous
- Regular use of a CRM to manage activity
- Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus
