About the role
- Make high-volume outbound calls to engage existing and prospective clients
- Convert leads into appointments by applying persuasive communication and benefit-based selling techniques
- Promote our services and product range with confidence and empathy
- Accurately manage client information using our patient management system (PMS)
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
- Build instant rapport and deliver a positive, memorable client experience
Requirements
- Contact centre, sales or telemarketing experience (inbound and outbound)
- A sales mindset with a genuine desire to help people
- A clear, confident and persuasive phone manner
- Proven success achieving and exceeding KPIs
- Strong listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Resilience, energy, and self-motivation
- Creativity and takes accountability
