About the role

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to engage existing and prospective clients
  • Convert leads into appointments by applying persuasive communication and benefit-based selling techniques
  • Promote our services and product range with confidence and empathy
  • Accurately manage client information using our patient management system (PMS)
  • Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
  • Build instant rapport and deliver a positive, memorable client experience

Requirements

  • Contact centre, sales or telemarketing experience (inbound and outbound)
  • A sales mindset with a genuine desire to help people
  • A clear, confident and persuasive phone manner
  • Proven success achieving and exceeding KPIs
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Resilience, energy, and self-motivation
  • Creativity and takes accountability
