💰 $70,000 - $85,000 per year

About the role

  • Analyze sales trends and key performance indicators, identifying performance drivers and communicating results and insights to the Senior Management Team
  • Perform channel and customer-level analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Proactively monitor sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with Sales Vice Presidents and Region Directors to complete the quarterly business review process for Senior Management
  • Conduct financial modelling and analysis for customer pricing proposals
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and promotion tracking initiatives
  • Effectively communicate findings by adapting communication style to different audiences

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration
  • 3–5 years of relevant business-facing analytical experience
  • Strong ability to translate data into actionable business insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven self-starter with curiosity to understand performance drivers
  • A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova
