About the role

  • Develop and own a holistic global pricing strategy (promo & non-promo) across key markets, leveraging elasticity insights and category best practices
  • Define global promotional guidelines and lead structured price & promo performance tracking with clear P&L impact visibility
  • Global list price management, including structure, maintenance, and alignment with commercial strategy
  • Lead Gross-to-Net analytics, building robust reporting and control mechanisms to ensure full transparency of discounts, rebates, and promotional investments
  • Build global playbooks and frameworks to enable local market adaptation and channel differentiation
  • Drive trade investment optimization, including review and harmonization of trade terms and compliance standards
  • Conduct market, competitor and demand analysis to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks
  • Develop predictive models and scenario planning tools to support data-driven commercial decisions
  • Define KPIs, monitor revenue performance and deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance or related field
  • 5–10 years of professional experience, including 3–5 years in Strategic Revenue Management or Pricing
  • Experience within Consumer Electronics and/or FMCG
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate large datasets into commercial strategy
  • Solid knowledge of pricing theory, customer segmentation and revenue optimization principles
  • Fluency in English (C1 level)
