About the role

  • Own and drive the procurement strategy for the Accessories sub-category (e.g., prefabricated cables, programming accessories, battery chargers and related electronic components)
  • Execute strategic sourcing initiatives end-to-end, from supplier selection and onboarding to contract negotiation and performance management
  • Deliver measurable value through cost optimization, innovation, risk mitigation, and sustainability initiatives
  • Lead supplier negotiations and implement robust, fit-for-purpose contracts aligned with business objectives
  • Partner cross-functionally with technical, financial, and operational stakeholders globally to align sourcing plans with demand and strategy
  • Actively manage supplier performance, segmentation, and long-term relationship development

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Solid experience in direct procurement, ideally within electronic devices or industrial sectors
  • Proven track record of implementing category strategies in a global organization
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success delivering savings and resolving supplier performance or supply chain challenges
  • Experience leading negotiations and managing contracts with international suppliers
  • Analytical, results-driven, and confident influencing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Fluent in English
