About the role

  • Co-develop and operationally execute the local marketing plan.
  • Implement initiatives to drive foot traffic to centers, support appointment bookings, and strengthen brand awareness.
  • Work daily with advertising and production agencies.
  • Monitor presence in the trade press.
  • Conduct competitive market monitoring.
  • Provide operational support for openings, closures, relocations, and renovations.
  • Coordinate with Regional Management and relevant internal departments.
  • Manage, update and develop the network's POS materials.
  • Oversee the marketing platform (logistics, POS orders).
  • Coordinate local events (B2B & B2C).

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Marketing or Digital Communication, preferably from a business school.
  • Proven initial experience in operational marketing, project management, or retail network coordination.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office 365.
  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
  • Comfortable working in a multi-project environment and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Strong organizational skills, creativity, autonomy, and a team-oriented approach.
