About the role

  • Ensure ERP system alignment with business processes for customer-centric service delivery worldwide
  • Drive continuous improvement and lead process standardisation
  • Empower teams through training and documentation
  • Act as key interface between service operations and functions like Finance, Engineering, SCM, and IT
  • Contribute to SAP and IT projects for improving business metrics
  • Support development of aftersales service concepts for new products and derive ERP changes
  • Lead a global community of regional and local key users and process owners
  • Drive process documentation, standardisation, training, and knowledge transfer globally

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field
  • 5+ years of combined business and IT experience translating business needs into ERP-supported processes
  • Proven experience working with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA required) in a global environment
  • Strong background in change management, continuous improvement, and cross-functional project execution
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Project management qualification or experience (preferred)
  • Additional language skills (German and/or Spanish) (preferred)
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Salesforce.com, or reporting solutions (preferred)
