About the role

  • Own, optimize, and personalize the digital experience to drive measurable increases in conversion rates across the digital journey
  • Work alongside UI/UX specialists, content strategists, developers, and analysts to identify, map, and resolve user pain points across the digital journey.
  • Analyse our customer journey and come up with hypotheses aimed at improving conversion, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative user insights
  • Set up and run A/B tests, in collaboration with our IT team for more complex implementations, communicate test results and insights to Marketing and Country teams
  • Track and improve team KPIs and consumer engagement with global digital products

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization
  • Hands-on expertise with CRO and A/B testing tools such as VWO, Optimizely (Preferred), AB Tasty, Hotjar, Clarity etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with reporting platforms such as PowerBI, PIWIK, and GA4
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A data-driven mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Experience with Lead Generation, Healthcare or Omnichannel marketing is a plus
