About the role
- Generating data-driven market and customer insights that guide marketing and commercial strategy
- Structuring and tracking core business KPIs, and providing regular performance reviews with clear recommendations
- Supporting portfolio and channel strategy through market sizing, segmentation, and fact-based analysis
- Defining measurement frameworks for key launches and campaigns, and evaluating their impact
- Improving data quality, reporting processes, and insight dashboards in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Partnering with Sales, Finance, and Global/Regional teams to align decisions with both local realities and overall business goals
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of total relevant experience
- 4–7 years of experience in market insights, business analytics, strategy or business planning
- Experience working with commercial / marketing teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Finance)
- Experience in medical devices, hearing care or broader healthcare / reimbursement environment
- Experience in a multinational company working with regional / global teams
