About the role
- Ensure full legal compliance while enhancing the employee experience across the organization
- Lead mandatory HR compliance projects under Spanish labor law
- Drive employee experience initiatives focused on engagement and well-being
- Create clear and effective internal communication content
- Support HR processes and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate with stakeholders to meet deadlines and deliver HR initiatives
- Continuously improve HR policies, practices, and employee lifecycle processes
- Support labor-related matters and act as a point of contact for employees
Requirements
- Degree in HR, Psychology, Labor Relations, or similar
- Experience in employee experience, internal communications, or HR generalist roles
- Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR compliance
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is highly valued
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Professionalism, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally
- Fluency in English language; native-level Spanish
