About the role
- Outbound calling to arrange appointments for free hearing checks
- Meeting daily and monthly KPIs for calls and appointments
- Handling voicemail and email enquiries
- Verifying customer information
- Supporting customers in a people-focused environment
- Working 40 hours per week with flexible shifts
Requirements
- Experience in a customer service role
- Motivated by KPIs/targets
- Friendly, clear, and warm phone manner
- Caring and putting the customer first
- Genuine interest in healthcare and wellbeing
- Systems savvy and quick to learn
