About the role

  • Receiving carriers and unloading packages using a forklift
  • Checking supplier and customer delivery/shipping documents
  • Unpacking parcels each morning and directing contents according to internal workflows
  • Preparing customer orders and handling packing and shipping
  • Transferring spare parts to the relevant departments
  • Storing and labeling items in inventory
  • Recording activities in our SAP system or in Excel

Requirements

  • High school diploma (Baccalauréat)
  • At least one prior successful experience in order preparation
  • Knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUP functionality
  • Holder of a valid CACES certificate (mandatory requirement)
  • Team spirit and willingness to collaborate to integrate well with the team
