About the role
- Map strategic regions for clinic openings
- Conduct market studies and feasibility analyses
- Source and evaluate commercial properties
- Lead negotiations with property owners and real estate agencies
- Monitor internal approval processes
- Organize documentation and prospecting reports
- Support internal teams (Engineering, Legal and Expansion) through to contract signing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Architecture
- Previous experience overseeing commercial or corporate construction projects, schedule management, vendor relationships, and reading/interpreting project plans
