About the role
- Develop and deliver high-impact sales training to Hearing Care Professionals (HCPs)
- Assess individual and team training needs through performance evaluations, surveys, and direct observations
- Collaborate with Regional Directors to align training programs with company goals
- Conduct post-training assessments and track improvement in key sales metrics
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years relevant hearing health experience, selling and fitting multi-brand hearing aids
- Licensed Hearing Care Provider: HIS - Board certified preferred, or AUD
- Active and current state-specific license in good standing
- Extensive knowledge of Sonova hearing care products, features and software
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and sales performance metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and sales enablement tools
