Serve as the primary contact for assigned practices and groups.
Build trusted relationships with audiologists, ENTs, and decision-makers.
Identify revenue opportunities through process improvements, KPIs, patient acquisition, and marketing.
Advise on scheduling, referrals, and family-centered care.
Conduct performance reviews and ROI analyses.
Meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.
Promote new products and initiatives to support practice success.
Negotiate agreements that balance customer satisfaction and profitability.
Deliver training 1-on-1 and to large groups.
Manage CRM records, pipeline, and forecasting.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine strategy.
Report on account performance, risks, and opportunities.
Travel up to 75%.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, MBA a plus
5+ years in hearing healthcare.
Deep understanding of audiology operations and market dynamics.
Experience in consultative growth and business strategy a plus.
Driven, accountable, curious, and growth-minded.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Executive presence; comfortable with C-suite engagement.
Experience with Phonak technology preferred.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova
