About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and develop a global Indirect Procurement organization.
Create and drive global Indirect Procurement strategy.
Work cross-functionally and serve as a strategic business partner to executive and functional stakeholders.
Oversee the Indirect Procurement technology roadmap, driving the implementation and optimization of digital tools and systems.
Achieve measurable year-over-year cost savings and efficiency improvements across all indirect spend categories.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global team.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Develop innovative approaches to sourcing using data, analytics and processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years’ experience in sourcing/procurement/contracting including 5+ years of experience managing a high-performing global or regional team.
Knowledge of a broad set of indirect procurement categories including IT services, software contracts and marketing-related services.
Preferred Qualifications Strategic Thinking & Planning.
Proven ability to identify opportunities and implement process change while balancing business profitability and stakeholder needs.
Procurement Transformation Leadership – Proven experience leading procurement transformation initiatives, including change management, digital tool implementation, or centralized procurement models.
Data-Driven Procurement – Strong proficiency in leveraging data analytics tools and dashboards to drive procurement decisions and supplier performance evaluation.
Domain Expertise - Proven ability to leverage deep domain expertise to execute complex commercial terms, vendor management, and negotiation strategies.
Best Practices - Expertise in sourcing and procurement principles and best practices. Deep understanding of commercial terms, vendor management and negotiation strategy.
Professional certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) preferred, or an equivalent credential demonstrating advanced knowledge in strategic sourcing and procurement.
