About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Customer Care team with complex questions related to electricity contracts and energy solutions
  • Deliver specialist trainings and knowledge sessions to strengthen the expertise of our service teams and external partners
  • Analyze customer inquiries and relevant KPIs, identify trends and derive improvement measures
  • Continuously develop our knowledge base and service processes to ensure efficient, high-quality handling of requests
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Care, Sales, Training, Quality & Performance and other departments to ensure effective knowledge transfer

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience in customer care, customer support, or in servicing energy or contract customers
  • Solid experience handling complex customer issues and escalation cases
  • Enjoy teaching and developing colleagues and acting as a subject-matter contact
  • Analytical work approach, able to identify optimization potential and derive concrete measures
  • Confident communication in German
  • Experience working across departments in a dynamic environment
