About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You are responsible for acquiring and managing our specialist partners and wholesalers in Austria and Switzerland, aiming to build long-term partnerships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • You drive volume and revenue growth through the sale of battery storage solutions and EV charging solutions.
  • Together with the Director Sales DACH and the sales team, you develop a tailored sales strategy and successfully implement it in your territory.
  • You handle sales planning, controlling, and reporting for your territory and ensure all targets are met.
  • You work closely with Inside Sales, who will support you in managing and assisting partners.
  • You motivate partners through targeted training and analyses and help them develop their business.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have completed a degree or vocational training, ideally in a technical field or in sales.
  • You have prior sales experience, preferably in B2B (or B2B2C), ideally with an OEM.
  • You possess technical understanding and very good German (min. C1 level) as well as good English. Italian/French are a plus.
  • You have experience in the PV, storage, or electrical sector — or are interested in transitioning into renewable energy as a career changer (with appropriate aptitude).
  • You are an excellent communicator, think quickly, present yourself confidently, and demonstrate strong closing skills.
  • You are willing to travel (approx. 3 days/week) and hold a valid Class B driving license.
