About the role

  • Active support in the implementation and administration of various SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Compensation) in collaboration with the SAP In-house Consultant and external service providers
  • Co-responsibility for project management tasks related to new system developments, including coordination with business units, testing of configurations, and implementation
  • Creation of training materials and delivery of training sessions for new or changed features within the HR system
  • Point of contact and coach for the HR department and other business units regarding the use of the HR system
  • Documentation of processes and workflows within the HR system landscape (e.g., job title changes, salary changes, approval processes)
  • Handling HRIS tickets in day-to-day operations and communicating with users to identify and implement solutions

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Business, (Business) Informatics, Human Resources Management, or a comparable qualification
  • Initial practical experience in an HR or IT environment – ideally through internships, working-student roles, or early professional experience
  • Interest in and first exposure to HRIS systems – ideally with SAP SuccessFactors or comparable tools (e.g., Workday, Personio, Oracle HCM)
  • Understanding of basic HR processes (e.g., HR administration, recruiting, performance management)
  • Basic technical understanding and strong IT affinity
  • Analytical thinking, structured working style, and willingness to dive into complex systems
  • Team orientation and strong communication skills when collaborating with colleagues from HR, IT, and other departments
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
