Support Engineer

• Serve as the first Technical Support Analyst and crucial link between customers and engineering/product teams
• Provide exceptional support via phone and ticketing system, listening to customer needs and resolving issues
• Conduct in-depth analysis of technical problems, document and standardize troubleshooting steps
• Provide timely, accurate responses, guidance and workarounds to ensure seamless user experience
• Contribute to and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and customer-facing documentation
• Monitor recurring support issues, analyze ticket data to identify patterns and implement automation
• Reproduce and resolve complex technical problems with engineering and product teams
• Work with Customer Success to translate customer feedback and support trends into actionable insights
