About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own go-to-market strategy for EDR/Threat Protection and other assigned product lines
- Develop value propositions and positioning tailored to target markets, buyer personas, and vertical/compliance requirements
- Conduct competitive research across EDR/XDR, endpoint security, and other owned product lines
- Translate technical capabilities into differentiated customer-facing messaging and business value propositions
- Maintain working knowledge of SonicWall SonicSentry to support cross-sell messaging and portfolio alignment
- Plan and lead end-to-end product launches
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across product, engineering, sales, and support
- Build sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, battlecards, objection handlers, competitive comparisons, and training materials
- Produce thought-leadership and demand-generation content including blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, videos, and web content
- Own marketing strategy and success metrics for the Technology Alliance Partner Program
- Build relationships with alliance partners and support joint go-to-market execution and co-selling
- Develop customer and partner insight through market research, segmentation, persona development, interviews, and internal metrics
- Identify market opportunities, compliance requirements, and emerging threats
- Define and track success metrics for launches, campaigns, and the partner program
- Test, measure, and refine messaging, campaigns, and enablement materials
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6-8 years of product marketing experience, with meaningful time at a B2B security or technical software company
- Experience with EDR/endpoint security, threat protection, or network security strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ownership of go-to-market strategy and execution for at least one product line or service offering, from launch through lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of EDR/XDR, endpoint threat protection, firewalls, Zero Trust, and SASE
- Working familiarity with managed security services (MSS) a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-oriented value propositions
- Proven ability to independently build sales enablement content, including pitch decks, battlecards, and training
- Strong analytical and business skills; comfortable using data to prioritize initiatives and measure marketing effectiveness
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion across cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Willingness to travel to visit customers, prospects, and partners
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field required
- 6-8+ years of relevant product marketing experience
