About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generate and nurture high-quality Sales Accepted Leads (SALs)
- Identify and engage prospective and existing customers, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to maintain a consistent flow of qualified leads
- Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for sales representatives
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets for outreach and meetings
- Stay informed on cybersecurity trends, solutions, and market developments
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or similar roles (preferably within cybersecurity, technology, or B2B environments)
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Comfortable explaining complex concepts to business audiences
- Understanding of prospecting, qualification, and meeting-setting within a sales cycle
- Experience with outbound phone engagement preferred, including high-volume activity (up to ~75 calls per day)
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Exposure to cybersecurity solutions is a plus, but not required
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed activity and pipeline metrics
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented
- Collaborative team player capable of working cross-functionally
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
