Essential Job Duties: Lead a team of financial analysts to support various financial activities within the organization. Analyze financial data, trends, and performance to provide valuable insights to senior management. Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to support decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.\n
Master's degree or CPA preferred.\n
Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting within the healthcare industry.\n
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.\n
